Here at Clarissa Stefania Permanent Cosmetics and Training Academy we offer various trainings for The Ombre Blush Brow (OBB), from our Beginners course for individuals who have no previous experience in permanent cosmetics, to our Masterclass course for qualified and experienced permanent make-up artists who want to further their skill and their career through learning our specific technique and becoming OBB certified.
Clarissa Stefania achieved her teaching qualification in early 2018 and then went on to receive accreditation with Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT) for her training academy.
Our Beginners training course and our Microblading conversion to machine course are both accredited with ABT. This enables the students to receive a recognised professional qualification in permanent cosmetics, have options of insurance cover and provides them with certification that will allow them to go on and take further advanced training courses to extend their portfolio and skills should they chose to do so.
Our Masterclasses and online webinar are of a high standard and are fully comprehensive in learning all you need to know about The Ombre Blush Brow, the process of the procedure and all that comes with it… brow shaping, colour theory, marketing, editing, social media presence and so much more.
We offer ongoing support to all of our students and encourage them to thrive in their careers. We have developed an OBB exclusive membership platform for all of our certified artists, this provides them access to many benefits including; promotional discounts, regular educational tips and tricks, referral bonuses, social media exposure, marketing content and much more.
We also have a tiered artist development programme. This allows artists to aspire to climb up the OBB ladder and gain promotions to Pro Artist and Master Artist. These different steps demonstrate skill, experience, consistency, dedication and recognition within the industry. The tiers also offer potential career progression in other avenues such as assisting with training and conference support.
We promote all off our OBB Artists on our website on the Artist Finder, this will allow potential clients to see who offers The Ombre Blush Brow and find an Artist near them. This platform could lead to an extended clientele and bring in business for our OBB Artists.
